Made in lockdown, 'Good For You' carries with it a frustration that feels very fitting for the mood of living in self-isolation. Dana says of the new track, "this song came out of spending a lot of time focusing a lot on understanding what I feel instead of allowing it to control me. I’ve recently been trying to acknowledge emotions without allowing them to consume me completely"
